President / Co-Founder



Throughout his career, David has managed and served in hotels larger than 1,300 rooms, as well as small boutique properties, working with every major brand and parent company while traveling and working in six different countries. Still, David’s journey is fueled by more than commercial success. He has learned his greatest lessons in life from being a husband and a father to his four boys, which has taught him the importance of passion when serving guests and providing travelers and families with unforgettable memories.
David’s best asset is his network of professionals, former students and alumni, and former mentors and guides. Having never been the smartest in the room or fastest on the field, David learned quickly how to be resourceful and learn from others to win. His ability to build a team, communicate a vision, and endear those around him to a cause provides the spark for what will come from a dynamic group of driven hospitality leaders.
As the co-founder and president of FUSED Topline Management, David aims to revolutionize the hospitality industry by re-energizing the hotel for its owners and team members. We’re hotel operators turned sales and revenue experts, aiming to guide business owners stuck in highly competitive environments and ever-shrinking profit margins.
