Kristina Houser brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, beginning her journey in 2012 as a part-time night auditor at a Holiday Inn Express shortly after graduating college. Her ambition and dedication quickly propelled her into leadership roles, including Sales Manager, Assistant General Manager, and ultimately General Manager of a newly built Holiday Inn Express.

In 2022, Kristina and her family relocated to Indianapolis for a new adventure. There, she served as Director of Sales while supporting her husband in launching his business. With their goals achieved, they recently returned closer to home, where Kristina joined the team at Fused. She brings with her a deep passion for hospitality and a strong, results-oriented approach to this next chapter.

Married since 2019, Kristina is a proud wife and mom to an energetic 8-year-old son. She enjoys her role as a dedicated “team mom” for his baseball team, where her husband also coaches. Their family—including their Labrador, Rubble—loves spending time outdoors, riding four-wheelers, relaxing at their family cabin in northern Michigan, and discovering new restaurants with friends and loved ones.
