Cassidy’s hospitality career began in July of 2020 when she took on the role of Guest Service Agent/Marketing Manager for an independent boutique hotel in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This experience quickly evolved into becoming the Director of Sales for TownePlace Suites by Marriott, where she discovered that hotel sales was where her true passion lay.

Cassidy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, as well as two Master’s Degrees in Hospitality Management and Marketing, all from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). For the last 20 years,  she’s had the privilege of attending my dad and grandfather’s Annual Convention, where she first discovered my love for the hospitality industry and gained a deep understanding of how hotels operate. From those early experiences, she’s always known she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives and help create lasting memories. Throughout her career, she’s been fortunate to be part of unforgettable moments—whether it’s supporting High School State Championships, Weddings, Football Games, College Move-Ins, or Graduations.

The hospitality industry has allowed her to meet incredible people and contribute to some truly special experiences.

This May, she married her college sweetheart, and together, they share two amazing fur babies—Dallas, a Pomsky, and Deuce, a Jack Russell. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and, of course, you’ll always find her with a camera in hand, capturing the moments that matter most.
