Brittany Groubert

Brittany brings more than a decade of experience in hospitality leadership and revenue strategy to the FUSED team. As Revenue Manager, she applies her deep expertise in sales, operations, and market analysis to help clients optimize performance and unlock growth opportunities.

Before joining FUSED, Brittany held senior roles with InterMountain Management and Omni Resorts, where she led revenue management initiatives, developed strategic partnerships, and consistently exceeded performance goals. Her blend of analytical precision and people-first leadership ensures clients receive both data-driven insights and white-glove service.

Brittany holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Saint Leo University and a BS in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.

She lives in Florida with her partner Kyle and their two children, Charlotte and Grayson. Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring new destinations, hiking mountain trails, or making magical memories at Disney with her family (season pass in hand, of course).
